Call Report

 

With Roadwurx, you can enter call information while you’re still on the phone with the caller. You can return to the call record at any time to update the details or even create a work order directly from it. A print option lets you hand a call report to a foreperson so they can inspect the issue firsthand. Once the issue has been addressed - or determined to be unfounded - you can mark the call as “Resolved” with a single checkbox.

Also, with a click of a button, a work order can be created using the information from the call.
