Proper documentation helps track routine inspections, repairs, and upgrades, allowing for timely interventions that prevent malfunctions and reduce the risk of accidents. These records also support budgeting and resource allocation by identifying recurring issues and planning long-term infrastructure improvements. Additionally, maintenance logs provide legal protection in case of disputes or accidents, demonstrating due diligence in keeping traffic control systems operational and efficient.
