The account creator or other "superusers" have the ability to add department staff to your Roadwurx account. You may grant each user different
permissions depending on their needs. These permissions are easily edited by clicking on the toggles you see in the image. If you don't want a user
to be able to add or edit any information, then don't give them any site permissions. This will make them a read-only member.
You may add as many department staff as you wish at no additional cost. You can also add members from other departments within your municipality
if you feel they could make use of the data you have stored within Roadwurx. Planning officials and the Town Clerk's office often need
access to important road data.
*Note that you can quickly disable any user if the need arises on this same screen. Disabling them will lock them out of Roadwurx until you
choose to re-enable their account.
