The account creator - and any designated “superusers” - can add department staff to your Roadwurx account and tailor each person’s permissions based on their role. Adjusting permissions is simple: just click the toggles shown in the image. If you prefer a user to have view-only access, simply leave all site permissions disabled.

You can add unlimited staff members at no extra cost. You can also invite colleagues from other municipal departments if they would benefit from the data you’ve stored in Roadwurx. Planning officials and Town Clerk’s offices, for example, frequently need quick access to accurate road information.

*Note: You can disable any user from this same screen with a single click. A disabled account immediately loses access to Roadwurx until you choose to re-enable it.
